Wired differently: Step inside the neurodivergent brain

Run time: 12.00 – 15.00

At least one in five of us are diagnosed as neurodivergent. Let’s talk about what it’s like to experience the world differently.

Join us for a series of games and activities designed to challenge stereotypes, created in collaboration with neurodivergent people across Liverpool.

Activities will include a virtual reality tool that simulates the sensory experiences of autistic people, a myth-busting fact or fiction board game, and a collective artwork you can contribute to. Researchers from the Institute of Population Health (University of Liverpool) will also share their work focusing on the health and wellbeing of autistic people.
Come along to share your experiences, broaden your understanding, and take part in an inclusive and meaningful conversation about neurodiversity.
A quiet space will be available at this venue.
