Join neuroscientists, arts therapists and sport scientists (Liverpool John Moores University and Edge Hill University) to find out how motion capture technology is unlocking the effect dance therapy has on our cognitive, emotional and social health.
In a session blending interactive workshops and live demos, you’ll learn about ‘dance movement therapy’ and how it can enhance our lives – fostering connection, empathy and resilience.
No experience necessary – just bring curiosity and a willingness to move!
Please note, the movements in this workshop will be simple and gentle. You will be invited to join in as much as you feel comfortable.
