Bite-size behaviour changes: Drop-in

This drop-in activity runs from 18.30 – 20.30

Ever promised yourself you'll eat better but reached for the biscuits anyway?

You’re not the only one.

Join psychologist Natalia Lawrence for an engaging drop-in event exploring the question of why we eat what we eat and why lasting changes in our diets are so hard to stick to. Drawing on research into the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that shape what we eat, Natalia will share insights into habit formation, sustainable eating, and emerging approaches to support healthier choices, and give you a chance to try them out too!

Through interactive demonstrations and thought-provoking challenges, discover how small shifts in behaviour can have a positive impact on both our health and the planet. Whether you're looking to build lasting habits or simply curious about the psychology of eating, you’ll find plenty of food for thought.

Please note this event may contain discussions on disordered eating and body image.

This talk is one part of a two-part series exploring food and our dietary choices.
