Have you ever wondered what the inside of your lungs look like? Wonder no more as a team of researchers from across the UK use virtual reality to give you a guided tour of these essential organs. Lung diseases affect 20% of people in the UK and chronic lung conditions are becoming increasingly common. Our researchers use maths to improve understanding of the lung and to help find solutions.
Find out more with our interactive activities and by speaking with our mathematicians and lung specialists.
Please note, this event includes showcasing of a real animal lung, in an enclosed box. The event also includes virtual reality, which some guests may find disorientating.
