Pedalling ahead of the game

Wednesday, September 11 • 18:00 - 19:00

Elite cycling athletes rely on scientific and technological advances to gain the upper hand on their competitors.

Join Daniel Brayson (University College London), Louis Passfield (University of Calgary) and Yewande Adesida (Imperial College London) and Barney Wainwright (Boardman Bikes) as they reveal how new insights into physiology, training, nutrition, technique and psychology can drive improvements in cycling performance.

Be sure to stick around for a virtual spin class, taking place in the gym at 19.45. There is no need to book for the class, just drop in!

This event is part of Late night fitness: raising the bar.
