Where better to achieve inner peace than floating gently down the canal whilst perfecting your downward facing dog?

Join the Canal & River Trust for paddleboard yoga, one of their ‘5 ways to wellbeing’ activities designed to promote positive mental health and physical wellbeing. 


You don’t have to be a swimmer but if you are not confident in the water, although it is shallow, please consider if taking part in this event is for you. Don't forget a change of clothes!
