‘5 ways to wellbeing’ is a new initiative from the Canal & River Trust which offers ways of escaping and managing the stress of living in an urban environment. 

Join their team for a canalside walk to explore the watery veins of the city and discover how being by water is proven to promote positive mental health and physical wellbeing.
