16 September 2022 - 18:00

LCB Depot, Leicester

Event running times: 18:30 & 20:30

This is a drop-in event, there is no need to book.

What happens when improv comedy meets cutting edge research? Find out at Leicester’s first Improversity – an improvised sketch show inspired by Leicester-based research. Following a five minute introduction to some exciting research from a resident scientist, the improv team is challenged to weave a hilarious story live in front of your eyes.

Having never previously heard about the research, you can count on tears of laughter, and maybe pain, as they attempt to make sense (or nonsense?) of it. If by the end you’re still left scratching your head, you’ll have the chance to ask the researcher some questions.

This show is a part of our LCB Depot Takeover event
